go M'sia or places bus or MRT not tat accessible. no need to fred

The COE was first created to limit the number of cars on the
road
Then I bet they figured out if more cars on the road, you can
collect more money from ERP coz that one is really pay till
dunno.
For now we are resisting buying a car till we have a kid or
something no choice than buy
